ABSTRACT

The reduction of electricity losses in the household lighting are shown in this paper. There are studied the design types of lighting systems, the recommendations regarding the choice of light sources of lighting devices and means of control power consumption. As a result of surveys, it was shown that compact fluorescent lamps are one of the alternatives to the incandescent lamps that has begun to be taken out of production in accordance with EU Directives since 2009.
