Complex Informatic Solution for Optimizing the Operational Procedures of Photovoltaic Power Stations

The OPTIMPV project is aimed at finalizing an optimal optimized solution that will make the process of operation of photovoltaic power plants (CEF) efficient from the point of view of energy efficiency and economic profitability. The CEF’s technical operation is based on a decision-making process that integrates a set of well-preserved or predetermined information sources, rather heterogeneous and with limited predictability.

OPTIMPV addresses in particular the CEF market segment with powers of up to 3-5 MW which is already wider and will have a more accelerated development based on Law 122/2015 in the context of the implementation of the feed-in tariff scheme and to support the scheme of bilateral contracts between SMEs. At the same time, due to the influence of CEF on agricultural lands, PV systems will be developed in the built area (roof, facades, etc.) and therefore the installed power per unit will not exceed 3-5 MW in most cases.

The project runs from October 2016 to September 2018.
