On March 13th and 14th 2018, a kickoff meeting took place, attended by ICPE: Paul Minciunescu, Bogdan Varaticeanu, Nicolescu Constantin, Mihaela Chefneux and STAM: Stefano Ellero, Mony Khosravi.
It was established the starting date of the project on April 2nd 2018.
