bottom_padding=&#8221;40&#8243;][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]Scopul proiectului este acela de a ob\u021bine \u0219i de a demonstra func\u021bionalitatea unui material compozit conductiv inovativ, cu efect PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient), dezvoltat recent ca model experimental optimizat \u00een cadrul ICPE-CA \u0219i exploatarea rezultatelor ob\u021binute p\u00e2n\u0103 acum prin dezvoltarea unui model cu aplicabilitate practic\u0103 direct\u0103, cu perspectiva de a fi introdus \u00een fabrica\u021bie \u0219i anume un cablu de \u00eenc\u0103lzire cu propriet\u0103\u021bi de reglare a temperaturii. Elementul cheie al cablului propus este materialul compozit conductiv men\u021bionat, care produce c\u0103ldur\u0103 prin efect Joule \u0219i este capabil s\u0103-\u0219i auto-regleze temperatura prin efecte de percolare-depercolare electric\u0103, la o anumit\u0103 temperatur\u0103 specific\u0103 materialului respectiv. Un astfel de cablu poate fi integrat \u00een elementele de construc\u021bie interioare (podea) sau exterioare (pavaj, acoperi\u0219) pentru a asigura o anumit\u0103 temperatur\u0103 ambiental\u0103 constant\u0103 a casei \u0219i, respectiv, pentru a preveni formarea de ghea\u021b\u0103. Prin urmare, \u00een cadrul proiectului se propune realizarea experimental\u0103, pe baza unei tehnologii de laborator, a unui model de cablu de \u00eenc\u0103lzire cu temperatur\u0103 autoreglabil\u0103 \u0219i testarea caracteristicilor sale func\u021bionale. Definirea structurii cablului, stabilirea tehnologiei de laborator, \u0219i realizarea SDV necesare;<br \/>\nO2. Ob\u021binerea \u0219i caracterizarea materialului rezistiv destinat realiz\u0103rii cablului;<br \/>\nO3. Realizarea cablului cu efect de auto-reglare termic\u0103<br \/>\nO4. Testarea \u0219i demonstrarea func\u021bionalit\u0103\u021bii cablului de \u00eenc\u0103lzire cu efect de autoreglare termic\u0103 (demonstrare).<br \/>\nO5. top_padding=&#8221;20&#8243; bottom_padding=&#8221;20&#8243;][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/1&#8243;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row top_padding=&#8221;40&#8243; bottom_padding=&#8221;40&#8243;][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]Scopul proiectului este acela de a ob\u021bine \u0219i de a demonstra func\u021bionalitatea unui material compozit conductiv inovativ, cu efect PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient), dezvoltat recent ca model experimental optimizat \u00een cadrul ICPE-CA \u0219i exploatarea rezultatelor ob\u021binute p\u00e2n\u0103 acum prin dezvoltarea unui model cu aplicabilitate practic\u0103 direct\u0103, cu perspectiva de a fi introdus \u00een fabrica\u021bie \u0219i anume un cablu de \u00eenc\u0103lzire cu propriet\u0103\u021bi de reglare a temperaturii. Elementul cheie al cablului propus este materialul compozit conductiv men\u021bionat, care produce c\u0103ldur\u0103 prin efect Joule \u0219i este capabil s\u0103-\u0219i auto-regleze temperatura prin efecte de percolare-depercolare electric\u0103, la o anumit\u0103 temperatur\u0103 specific\u0103 materialului respectiv. Un astfel de cablu poate fi integrat \u00een elementele de construc\u021bie interioare (podea) sau exterioare (pavaj, acoperi\u0219) pentru a asigura o anumit\u0103 temperatur\u0103 ambiental\u0103 constant\u0103 a casei \u0219i, respectiv, pentru a preveni formarea de ghea\u021b\u0103. Prin urmare, \u00een cadrul proiectului se propune realizarea experimental\u0103, pe baza unei tehnologii de laborator, a unui model de cablu de \u00eenc\u0103lzire cu temperatur\u0103 autoreglabil\u0103 \u0219i testarea caracteristicilor sale func\u021bionale. Rezultatele vor fi utile pentru demonstrarea func\u021bionalit\u0103\u021bii modelului \u0219i vor permite trecerea la o etap\u0103 superioar\u0103 a exploat\u0103rii rezultatelor prin transferul lor c\u0103tre un produc\u0103tor.
