The theme of the event “The future of manufacturing work” is a topic of great interest for the challenges addressed within the MANUNET reTyre project, by presenting various potential ways to integrate digitalization and current “green” technologies. The event brought together participants from industry, academia, research, entrepreneurs and decision makers at European level, and was an opportunity to disseminate the results of the reTyre project.

On 12 November 2020 took place virtual online edition the 29th edition of the International Conference on Manufacturing Systems (ICMAS 2020), organized by the Robots and Manufacturing Department in University “Politehnica” of Bucharest.
The participants at this event were coming from different countries, having different backgrounds. This event was an excellent opportunity to establish new contacts with specialists both in the field of manufacturing, robots and related fields.
Within the online event, Mrs. Dr. eng. Paula Angheliţă, coordinator of the MANUNET 2018 reTyre project, presented the paper: “Method and device for counting nylon zipper teeth”.
