Artificial intelligence elements manage:

  • The energy consumption and renewable energy share in the energy production
  • Warning systems (anti-efraction, anti-ignition, anti-flood, unexpected events)
  • Local communication system and remote control
  • Lighting level
  • Internal ambiental parameters: temperature, humidity etc.

Eco structure:

  • Water heating with solar-thermal pannels: 8 m2
  • Photovoltaic generator:     2 x 300 W
  • Grid connected inverter:     700 W
  • UPS:             2.4 kW
  • Heat Pump: 8.26 kW Thermal, 1.86 kW Electric
